The company
Ding was established in November 2007 by Pigsinspace.
It's located in Halandri, Sofokli Venizelou 21 Street, and it offers design products from different designers, mainly from Northern European countries, as well as Greek designers. You can find, small furniture, different kind of lighting, beanbags, and objects of daily use.
From December 1st of 2011, ding expands its business by its new online store.

The products are presented descriptively, with their size, available colours, their material and the delivery time. You are able to see images from similar products in the same category that might interest you.
For all your purchase by choosing "add to basket" you can automatically create your order without having to become a member on our site.
Pricing
All prices published on this site are in euros (€) and includes Value Added Tax (VAT) of 23%.
Prices do not include postage and packing. Shipping costs are calculated during the order process and add to the cost before final acceptance by the customer.
Wholesale Policy
You are able to shop for personal use under our site, www.ding.gr and not for resale.

NOTE! Our company does not proceed to wholesales orders from our online shop.
Order Form
The order form includes: Product, quantity, availability of colours, delivery time and the final price including VAT. You can also request a gift-wrap.
Consignment
We ship our products in most countries. Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible.
Please enter all needed information. If the recipient is not the same person, please add the additional information. Your request will be confirmed by automated email.
Method and time of delivery
Delivered by our company
We deliver our products by affiliated courier service. The transport cost is paid by you. It is automatically calculated during the registration process of your order, depending on the total volume.
Picking up items yourself or by your courier service
You can pick up your order in person from our shop or use your own company courier. In this case there is no transport charge.
Please contact us a day before in 210-6892256 or email us to have time to prepare your order.
The term «available» means delivery of product within 2-5 working days, the term «unavailable» requires at least 1-2 weeks for delivery.
If the product is not available from our supplier, then the delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 weeks.
Payment
1. Charge the credit card process on-line market
Accepted: Visa, Master card, Dinners and Prepaid cards
Our company works only with Eurobank www.piraeusbank.gr, which uses the global standard for consumer protection called Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
During the process of charging your credit card on-line, you leave our website of www.ding.gr and you automatically go to the secure website of Eurobank www.eurobank.gr where you enter the details of your credit card.
The credit card guaranteed by your bank (see Verified by Visa, MasterCard secure code). To complete the payment process, you are reset automatically to our address, www.ding.gr.
The movement of data through Pay center of Eurobank Bank guaranteed by the most sophisticated communication protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and strong 128bit. These systems are inviolable for applications via the Internet.
CAUTION! the company has no access to your credit card number.
2. Pay pal
You are able to register to the service of Pay pal, and shop with safety.
3. Payment upon delivery
Valid for orders that the amount does not exceed 150 euros. Payment is in cash to the courier upon delivery of the product. Failure to pay the price, there is no delivery. Order is canceled and transportation cost is charged.
CAUTION! let us know the exact name of the residence or business to ensure the safe delivery of product.
4. Deposit cash into a bank account or through e banking
You can deposit the total amount of your order at any branch of Piraeus Bank, to use the deposit through internet (e-banking). Please state the name of the depositor to avoid error.

Terms Product Returns
Defective products / Wrong Order
If a product is defective, it is replaced, the same applies to products damaged by the fault of the courier or by ding.
The defective product must be returned within 3 days of delivery and accompanied by e-mail at info@ding.gr, under the condition that it has not been used.
Cancel order and refund
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour from registration. Please contact us at 210-6892256 or by email at info@ding.gr.
If the product does not meet the terms of description as they appear in the e-shop, and not used, must be returned to the company within 3 days of delivery and all relevant accompanying documents.
Bank transfer to an account that will indicate will refund the monetary value of the product to us (minus the initial transportation costs) within 15 days from the date of arrival of products in our company.
Products / Prices
The Company reserves the right to make a withdrawal or a change in product specifications and prices without notice. The product is priced at time of order, not at the time of delivery. Prices include VAT.
Our company makes every effort to ensure accurate description and display of products on our website in the appearance, color and texture of the material and is not responsible for the image quality of our products on your computer screen.
